Each home is covered by our Bonded Builders 2/10 Year Warranty and must pass independent inspections throughout construction. After construction, a written Homeowner Walk-thru Inspection is performed. Each neighborhood in Pecan Lakes has adopted respective Protective Covenants, Codes and Restrictions.
